Clubs and Activities: Head of the Disciplinary Committee, Treasurer of the Student Council, sometimes gets trapped into playing games of pick-up touch football and rugby.
Interests and Hobbies: Diffident chess player, coffee snob, amateur botanist, and a big fan of misusing the power and responsibility he has been invested with. Secretly enjoys those games of pick-up touch football and rugby.
On his mp3 player: Progressive rock and metal, especially Dream Theater, Jethro Tull, Dragonforce, and Empyrium, and baroque classical. Music snob. Can occasionally be caught listening to operas.
Character Profile: Seifer is a dyed-in-the-wool world-owes-me-a-living asshole whose two redeeming features are his intense loyalty to his friends and his intensely hilarious manner of informing the world what an asshole he is. He's a drama queen and an attention hog studying difficult subjects for no better reason than bragging rights. He's fun and interesting in the same way that spiderwebs are sticky: it's a trap.
Seifer is protective about his "friends" from the FF8 world and especially Balamb Garden. While he may slap them around and make their lives miserable, nobody else had better slap them around or make their lives miserable. His most special friend is Fujin and his favorite prey is Squall - heaven help the idiot who so much as says boo to those two, because he's going to get a white-hot helping of Seifer's gunblade fast and hard.
Student Profile: Seifer is the classic underachiever, a solid 3.0 average in the kind of frosh classes he should have been able to belt out easily and only marginally better in his major and minor focii. He's not sure why he's in school or what he's going to do when he graduates. He's a smartass in class and can be extremely disruptive, although he can also turn in brilliant work, and he's often invaluabe to last-minute studiers: he has an excellent track record of guessing the questions on exams and an annoying habit of doing so loudly, in public, right before the test starts.
The Problem Of Nighttime: It is generally known around campus that ever since midsummer, Seifer disappears from university grounds completely on some nights - especially around the weekends. On random nights between evening and dawn, Seifer is simply nowhere to be found. He isn't hiding at the clubs and restaurants around Squenix U, either. There has only been one sighting of him on one of his "missing" nights: he was seen stepping into a posh-looking town car with a tall and slightly-built man wearing a smart suit.
He won't talk about who the man was or what he was doing. But the mystery, combined with Seifer's notorious libido and noticeably thick wad of pocket money, leads naturally to certain conclusions...
